CasinoTrust Verified

CasinoTrust Verified
The seal is free. It is never sold, exchanged, or given in return for anything.

A seal is only worth what its refusals are worth. Here is every platform we have assessed, what each one passed or failed, and the date it was last checked.

By CasinoTrust Compliance & Responsible Gambling DeskUpdated 1 min readFact-checked against the Ranking Protocol

CasinoTrust Verified is the visible face of the Ranking Protocol. It says one thing and nothing more: that our desk carried out the six checks below on this platform, on the date shown, and recorded what happened. It is not a licence, it is not issued by a regulator, and it is not a reason to gamble.

What the seal certifies

We register as an ordinary player, deposit real money, play across the product, time every withdrawal, open support tickets at different hours, and confirm the licence and the operating company against the regulator's own public register. A platform carries the seal only when all six are passed. Where a step fails, we publish which one and why — refusals appear in the same table as grants, in the same detail.

What the seal does not certify

It is not a statement about a platform's games being supplied by any particular studio, and we make no claim on any game provider's behalf. It is not a guarantee of future conduct: a platform that paid us in four hours in August can stall in November, which is why every seal expires and every verification is re-run.

It costs nothing, and it cannot be bought

The seal is free. It is never sold, never exchanged, and never granted in return for a link, a mention, a placement or a payment. Nothing on CasinoTrust is for sale, and the record on this page exists so that claim can be checked rather than believed.

How a seal is withdrawn

Every verification is re-run at least every 90 days, and immediately whenever a reader files a dispute we can substantiate through our dispute process. When a platform stops meeting the standard, the seal is withdrawn, the reason is published here, and the seal image on the operator's own site changes by itself — because it is served from casinotrust.org, not handed over as a file.
