These terms cover your use of casinotrust.org and every page, tool, calculator, practice game and file published under that domain (the "Site"). The Site is operated by CasinoTrust ("we", "us"). Our Disclaimer, Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy are part of these terms by reference.
1. Accepting these terms
Using the Site means you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with them, stop using the Site. Carrying on after we change the terms (see section 10) means you accept the revised version.
2. Who may use the Site
The Site discusses gambling products and is meant for adults only. You may use it only if you are at least 18 years old — the legal minimum in Nigeria — and of legal gambling age wherever you are accessing it from, whichever of the two is higher. By using the Site you confirm that this is true of you. We do not knowingly allow use by minors and will delete any submission we identify as coming from one.
3. What you may and may not do
You are free to view, read and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, and to link to any page with an ordinary hyperlink. You agree not to:
- copy, republish, scrape or redistribute substantial parts of the Site's content, data or rankings without written permission;
- point automated tools at the Site at a rate that strains our infrastructure, or work around rate limits;
- frame or mirror the Site, or pass our content off as yours or as something we have endorsed;
- strip out or alter copyright notices, author attributions or affiliate disclosures;
- use the Site to promote, enable or solicit unlawful gambling, or to breach any third-party platform's terms;
- upload or transmit malware, attempt unauthorised access, or otherwise interfere with how the Site runs.
4. Intellectual property
All the text, scoring methodology, rankings, tables, illustrations, calculators, code and design on the Site belong to CasinoTrust or its licensors and are protected by copyright, database and trademark law. The CasinoTrust name and logo are our marks. Operator names and logos belong to their owners and appear purely for identification — their presence implies no affiliation or endorsement. Beyond what section 4 expressly allows, no licence to our content is granted.
5. Reports and submissions you send us
We actively want readers to report errors, operator misconduct and payout problems by email to contact@casinotrust.org. By sending us something you:
- confirm that it is accurate as far as you know, and that you are entitled to share any screenshots or documents you attach;
- grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, quote, edit and publish it (with identifying details stripped out unless you agree otherwise) for the purpose of reviewing and reporting on platforms;
- accept that we may pass relevant details to the operator or its regulator in order to verify what you told us;
- accept that we are under no obligation to publish, act on or reply to any submission, although we aim to acknowledge every report we receive.
Never send passwords, full card numbers, your BVN or any other credential. How we treat the personal data inside a submission is set out in the Privacy Policy.
6. Outbound links and affiliate relationships
The Site links out to operators, regulators, helplines and other external sites. Some operator links are affiliate links and are marked as sponsored; we may earn a commission if you register or deposit through one. We control none of those sites and accept no responsibility for their content, products, terms, privacy practices or how they handle your money. 7. No warranties
The Site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim every warranty, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scores and rankings are opinions formed from testing at a moment in time; operators change their terms, licences and performance without warning.
8. Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent applicable law allows, CasinoTrust, its owners, editors, authors and contributors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive loss or damage — gambling losses, lost profit, lost data or business interruption included — arising out of or connected with your use of or inability to use the Site, your reliance on its content, or your dealings with any third-party platform, even where we were warned such loss was possible. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
9. Changes to the Site and to these terms
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the Site at any time and without notice. We may also revise these terms; the current version always lives at this address with its "updated" date on it. Material changes stay flagged on this page for at least 30 days. Continuing to use the Site after the effective date means you accept them.
10. Governing law and disputes
If any provision of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest stay in full force. If we do not enforce a right, that is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the documents brought in by reference, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Site.
