The short version
- By default we keep just two small items, and both exist only to honour a choice you made.
- We set no advertising, retargeting or cross-site tracking cookies of any kind.
- Optional analytics loads only if you tap Accept on the consent bar, and you can take that back whenever you like.
- Nothing we store identifies you by name, email or account — the site has no user accounts to begin with.
Essential storage (no consent needed)
Two items are written the moment you use the relevant control. They are strictly necessary to respect a choice you made, so no consent is required for them.

Neither essential item holds personal data, and neither is ever sent to our servers. Leave the theme switch and the consent bar alone and nothing is stored at all.
Optional analytics (only once you agree)
We may run a privacy-focused analytics service so we can see which pages get read and where readers give up. Analytics loads only after you tap Accept on the consent bar; tap Reject or simply ignore the bar and no analytics script is even requested, so nothing is fetched and no data bundle is spent on it. When analytics is running it records the page URL, the referrer, an approximate country worked out from your IP address, your browser type and your screen size. IP addresses are truncated or hashed by the provider and are never kept in a form that identifies you. We do not tie analytics data to any email you send us.
Clicks on outbound links to gambling operators may be counted as an event, so we can see which reviews actually send people onward. It counts clicks in aggregate; it does not tell us who clicked, and it never passes your visit to the operator.
What we deliberately do not set
- No advertising cookies. We run no ad network, and no third party is allowed to drop an advertising or retargeting cookie on our pages.
- No social pixels. Sharing buttons, where they appear, are ordinary links that open the network's own site; no script from Meta, X or anyone else loads here.
- No cross-site tracking. We do not fingerprint devices and we do not follow you around the web.
- No tracking from our side once you leave. Click through to a casino or sportsbook and that site sets its own cookies under its own policy — which is entirely outside our control.
One third-party request: Google Fonts
Our pages pull typefaces from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). When your browser fetches a font file, Google receives your IP address and the URL of the page requesting it, exactly as happens with any resource loaded from a third-party server. Google states that the Fonts API sets no cookies and does not use font requests for profiling. If you would rather skip that request altogether — or simply save the bytes on a metered bundle — a browser extension that blocks third-party requests will handle it, and the site stays perfectly readable in your system fonts.

Switching on your browser's tracking-protection mode, or installing a content blocker, stops analytics scripts loading no matter what the consent state says.
Changes to this policy
If we add a storage item or switch analytics provider, we will update the table above and the "updated" date at the top of this page before the change goes live. Where a change needs fresh consent, the consent bar comes back to ask you.
