Open the toolEvery calculator here runs inside your browser, works from exact probabilities rather than rough estimates, and costs nothing. Use them to test a decision before your naira is on it.
Nearly every gambling decision reduces to one number: what your stack is really worth on the bubble, the true edge on a no-commission banker bet, the chance the dealer busts showing a 6. These tools hand you that number, with no account to open and no heavy downloads eating your bundle. They work alongside the CasinoTrust Academy, where the rules and strategy of each game are explained, and the practice area, where you can rehearse at zero risk.
What each tool actually does
Poker ICM calculator
The ICM calculator turns tournament chip stacks into money equity using the Malmuth–Harville model. Feed in the surviving stacks and the payout structure, and it reports what each stack is worth in prize money — a figure that is never the same as its share of the chips. That gap is exactly why folding a marginally profitable hand on the bubble can be the right move, and why a chip leader should be leaning on the medium stacks. The page walks through the model, works a three-player example by hand and sets out the model's known blind spots.
Baccarat chance calculator
The baccarat calculator works out exact banker, player and tie probabilities for anything from one to eight decks, then applies whatever commission and tie payout that particular table uses to give you the house edge on each bet. It also turns edge into expected loss per hour from your stake and your hands per hour — the number that really tells you what an evening costs. Use it to test "no-commission" and 9:1 tie tables before you take a seat.
Blackjack chance calculator
The blackjack calculator lays out the dealer's chance of busting from every up-card, your own chance of busting if you hit each hard total, and how the two combine into basic-strategy decisions. Run it beside the basic-strategy chart and you will finally see why you stand on 12 against a 6 but hit that same 12 against a 2.
Trainers and simulators
Two more tools sit on the practice page: a blackjack basic-strategy trainer that deals hands and marks every decision you make, and a roulette odds simulator that spins thousands of times so you can watch a staking system collide with the house edge. Both run on virtual money only — nothing leaves your wallet.
Using calculators responsibly
A calculator gives you the expected value of a bet. It never tells you that you are going to win, and it cannot turn a negative-expectation bet into a positive one. Used properly, these tools lower what your gambling costs you; used carelessly, they turn into a way of talking yourself into one more hour.
- Use the numbers to choose between options (banker or player, hit or stand, shove or fold) — not to settle whether to gamble in the first place.
- Turn the edge into naira per hour. 1.06% sounds like nothing; ₦6,360 an hour at ₦10,000 a hand is something you can feel.
- Check the rule variants before every session. A single footnote — banker 6 pays half, dealer hits soft 17 — changes the answer.
- Keep in mind what each model ignores: ICM leaves out skill and position, and house-edge figures assume a fair, licensed game.
- Fix your stake and stop-loss from the bankroll guide first, then use the calculator to see what that budget actually buys.
Where our numbers come from
Baccarat and blackjack probabilities are calculated by working through every shoe composition rather than by simulation, so they match the published figures game designers and regulators rely on to within rounding. The ICM model follows the Malmuth–Harville recursion used in commercial tournament software. Our editorial policy sets out how tools are tested and when they are updated; if you spot a figure you believe is wrong, the press and contact page shows you how to reach us.

CompareFrequently asked questions
Do the CasinoTrust calculators cost anything?
Nothing at all. Every tool runs in your browser with no account, no download and no data sent to our servers, which also keeps them light on mobile data. We are funded by clearly labelled advertising elsewhere on the site, as our editorial policy explains; the tools themselves carry none.
How accurate are these odds calculators?
Baccarat and blackjack probabilities are computed exactly from the deck composition instead of being simulated, and they line up with the standard published figures — 45.86% banker wins and a 1.06% banker edge across eight decks, for instance. The ICM calculator implements the Malmuth–Harville model used by commercial poker software.
Can a calculator make me win at the casino?
It can help you lose less, by pointing you at the lowest-edge bet and steering you away from rule variants that quietly cost more. It cannot hand you a positive expectation against the house. Poker is different: there you play against other people, and the ICM calculator can genuinely improve decisions worth real money.
How do the calculators differ from the practice tools?
A calculator answers one specific situation you type in. The practice tools deal real hands or spin a simulated wheel, so you can drill decisions and watch variance unfold over hundreds of rounds. Calculators are for understanding; practice tools are for building the habit.
Is there a roulette calculator on the site?
The roulette odds simulator on the practice page does that job: pick European or American rules, a bet type and a staking system, and it runs the spins and reports your results against the theoretical edge of 2.70% or 5.26%. The roulette academy covers the payouts in full.
